Mr. Robert Izraeli
Chairman of the Board & Co-Founder
Robert Izraeli co-founded Traffilog in 2003, bringing over 16 years of experience in logistics and operations management. Prior to Traffilog, Robert held various management positions in the Tel Aviv Municipality’s Logistics and Purchasing department and is a Lieutenant Colonel Ret of the Logistics arm, Israel Defense Forces. Robert holds a BA in Economics and Logistics from Bar-Ilan University, and an MA in Business Management and Marketing from Manchester University, England.
Mr. Erez Lorber
Erez Lorber is a highly accomplished executive with over 20 years of domestic and international management experience in strategic planning, operations management, technology and business development and sales with both private and public organizations.
Prior to joining Traffilog, Erez was the COO of StoreDot, a developer of ultra-fast charged batteries for electric vehicles. Prior to that he was the CEO of Tri-Logical – specializing in mobile assets management solutions. Prior to that he was an Executive Vice President at The Challenge Fund–a leading Israeli private equity fund. Before joining the Challenge Fund, Mr. Lorber served as CEO & Director of Backweb Technologies (NASD: BWEB).
Mr. Lorber’s rich background also includes CEO roles of Hermes Softlab USA and Deloitte & Touche Technologies, Israel. Mr Lorber holds an MBA from the Reccanati School of Business Administration, Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor’s degree (with high honors) from Temple University, Philadelphia.
Mr. Coby Hasson
Coby Hasson, is the Chief Revenue Officer of Traffilog, looking after Sales, Business Development and Marketing activities at Traffilog, and leads the planning and execution of strategies to grow sales and revenues of the company. Coby brings with him a rich experience of a cultivating a culture of success and drive for sales excellence, while managing executive level relationships with key customers and partners and help driving their business success. Before joining Traffilog, Coby served in different senior executive roles at Scope Technology, Eltav Wireless Monitoring and Comverse Inc. Coby holds an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BsC in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, NY.
Mr. Yaniv Giron
Yaniv Giron joined Traffilog in 2007. Prior, Yaniv held the position of Chief Controller, SAKAL Group, a leading Israeli import, retail and commercial company. He was previously employed as a consultant at Ernst & Young consulting division. Yaniv holds an MBA from the College of Management, Rishon-Lezion, and is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel).
Mr. Tal Arnon
Tal Arnon is the company’s VP of R&D, leading the development of the company’s core products and services, from design to deployment. Tal joined Traffilog after a long career as high ranking officer in the elite technological unit of the IDF (8153), gaining unique expertise in cutting edge technological challenges. Tal brings more than 20 years of experience in managing large groups of development to formulate advanced solutions based on Hardware, software and machine learning algorithms. Tal holds an Executive MBA from the IDC interdisciplinary center, and a BsC in computer engineering from the Ruppin Academic Center
Mr. Howard Young
General Manager, Traffilog UK
Howard Young has over 20 years’ experience in electronic security where he held a number of management roles before joining Traffilog in 2009 as Sales Director and in 2018 was appointed Customer Services Director. Howard has a BA in Business Management and Administration from Strathclyde University.
Mr. Dani Shafriri
VP. Automotive Engineering
Dani joined Traffilog’s management team bringing 25 years of experience in the Heavy Duty and Bus industries 16 years with IVECO Israel as VP & service manager. Dani Holds a BSC Mechanical engineering (major in automotive), Ben Gurion university and an MBA, Derby university.
Mrs. Ronit Gershi
Ronit Gershi serves as Vice President, Human Resources and is responsible for Traffilog Human Resources strategy and practices. Ronit brings deep Human Resources expertise with shaping the employee experience, driving cultural transformation, building talent and leadership capabilities and leading change management processes.
Ronit has more than twenty years of experience as a senior Human Resources leader at large, global technology companies. Prior to joining Traffilog, she was the Vice President, Head of Human Resources at QBO Services and shaped their Human Resources strategy to increase organizational scalability for growth.
Ronit holds M.A degree in Social work from Tel-Aviv University
Mr. Assaf Shechner
As Vice President of Products, Assaf is responsible for defining, positioning, and planning Traffilog’s current and future product portfolio.
Assaf brings over 20 years of experience in commercializing great ideas into exciting products. Assaf joined Traffilog after serving as the VP Products & Business Development of Sightec, where he formulated the product strategy and roadmap in the emerging markets of last mile delivery and urban-air-mobility. Prior to that Assaf founded a start-up company aimed to harness image processing & unmanned-systems technologies for the benefit of agriculture, land surveys and additional civil applications. Assaf holds a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion and MBA from Ben-Gurion University (Joint program with Columbia university).
Mrs. Orly Joseph
Traffilog Israel CEO
Prior to Traffilog, Orly worked more than 18 years at HOT, the largest cable company in Israel, as the company’s asset communications and transportation director. As part of her job, Orly managed the company’s 1,800 vehicles fleet and was responsible for implementing Traffilog’s solution. During her work at HOT, Orly served in many management positions in the communications, operations, and assets fields in the company.
Orly holds a degree in management and economics from the Open University and brings a lot of experience in the automotive field in Israel.
Mr. Steve Pitsos
General Manager, Traffilog Inc., USA.
Steve leverages 25 years of global transformational leadership experience in business, operations, manufacturing, fleet management services, engineering technology and professional services. In Steve’s most recent role as Vice President of LCM Operations at SaaS-based Stratix, he was directly responsible for all managed mobility delivery services for over 2 million devices under management, bringing extensive transformational leadership and team building experience, business process & best-practices development, enterprise operations and business development. Prior to this role Steve performed in various senior executive roles at NexTraq, QAD, DuPont, Westinghouse and EDS. Steve earned a BS degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University and AAS degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Community College of the Air Force.
