Account Manager

Traffilog is seeking to bring on board Account Manager to join our amazing engineering & customer support team.

In this position you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our customers and distributers and other relevant stakeholders. In your role you will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Manage and develop customer accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship. Support POC efforts, through implementing and overseeing product installation to ongoing support

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term trusted advisor relationships with customers
  • Responsible for keeping customers satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Customer training – Technical & on new features/changes
  • Identify and diagnose customer needs for new features and functionalities and communicate progress to customers on timely manner
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Responsible to be updated on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
  • Work closely, manage and monitor progress with the various internal interfaces (sales, R&D, Technical engineer, logistics, technical support, vehicle engineer etc.)
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new customers and developing existing client relationships, supporting POC and other needs of the sales.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

Technical Support Engineer

Traffilog is seeking to bring on board Technical Support Engineer to join our amazing engineering team and help our customers.

In this position you will mainly lead, manage, and solve technical issues raised by our valued customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, resolve network issues, operating systems and using remote connections to provide immediate support. You will closely work with the different units of the company, including and especially with the account managers, the R&D teams and sales team to bring a timely excellent solution to the technical issues raised.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Research and identify solutions to network, software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including setup and network configuration
  • Ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Talk clients/account managers through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software/HW developers)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers/account managers
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Follow up with to ensure their systems & units are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Maintain jovial relationships with internal interfaces and clients

Receptionist*

Work hours: Sundays-Thursdays 9:00 to 18:00 + readiness for overtime as needed
Sitting at the front desk and reporting to the CEO’s Assistant.

*Temporary position: replacing an employee on maternity leave, + option to continue part-time working afternoons at end of period

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and office management.
  • Answering and routing incoming calls.
  • Calendar management, scheduling multi-participant meetings.
  • Mail handling, ordering refreshments, office equipment, machine technicians and managing the companies cleaning service.
  • Hospitality – preparation of refreshments and beverages for internal and external meetings.
  • Support HR administration and welfare activities.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience as a secretary / receptionist.
  • Courteousness, service oriented and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Language skills: High level Hebrew, good level English.

Senior Back-End Developer

Traffilog is seeking to bring on board a talented Senior Software Developer to join our great R&D team and help develop our core services in a dynamic environment.

You will mainly be working on our APIs and backend applications to make sure they can be scaled to handle the very large data sets we work with. You will be responsible for end-to-end development of our core modules.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Being responsible for the development cycle from idea to production
  • Defining the design requirements for new features\services and\or existing services
  • Developing back-end applications supporting a variety of high scale data sets
  • Participating in cross-functional design teams to develop new products as well as addressing design issues and maintenance of the existing ones
  • Maintaining and improving technical design methodologies, processes, technologies, and standards

DBA Developer (Application DBA) 

Requirements:
