Service and customer support representatives

Frame job:
Phone calls with clients, performing remote training, preparing presentations and Excel files for customers, remote support for operating the software , providing professional emphasis on operating the software.
Job requirements:
Courtesy orientated service orientated, patience, quick learning ability. Organized and responsible. Ability to withstand pressures and be able to treat various issues simultaneously. Full Control of Office applications.
Languages:
Hebrew - High level
English. - Good level
Priority:
For experienced in the field of service customer support, experienced in the field of technical support and computer systems (operating the computer, identifying problems, running programs, etc. ..), for candidates that are involved and connected to the world of vehicles.
Location of work:
Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel

Suitable for students who would like to work in shifts.
Working Hours: about 4-5 shifts per week each shift is about 6-7 hours..
Customers Center hours are 7:00 to 20:00.
